It's hardly 1.5 km from my home to exchange. still It never gone higher than 790kbps. But still it's very rare. Usually range is 180kbps. Happy hours are just crap only 20kbps. bluh bluh... I live in Hyderabad and I have been waiting for you broadband internet connection for almost a month, whenever I call them they would give a freak response saying we will send someone immediately to set up the connection, but never done. Added to that they speak very POLITELY. Even I had called the call center guys and spoke to the floor supervisors and I have got false promises, and still I do not have an internet connection after a month. Also they will not refund the money for a canceled applicants. It happened with few of my friends, when they tried to get a connection from YOU broadband they have given the wire and later they said that the area they live in is not feasible and they would refund the money, but never done.
